All students when attending their classes must have their school diary with them. All information and personal details
of the student must be duly filled and handed over to the class teacher in the beginning of the session without fail.
The Medical and Transport details also have to be updated on the online form available on the school website

In order to secure all that is best in the education of your ward maximum co-operation between Parents and the School
is necessary. Besides, periodic circulars are sent out to Parents to keep them apprised of developments in the School.
This diary serves as a convenient channel of two-way communication between Parents and Teachers.
WE EARNESTLY REQUEST THE PARENTS TO HAVE A LOOK INTO THE SCHOOL DIARY EVERY DAY AND SEE THAT THEIRI WARD HAS ATTENDED
SCHOOL AND THAT HOMEWORK ASSIGNED FOR THE NEXT DAY IS COMPLETED.
Your prompt attention to Teacher's remarks is essential.
1) NOTICE / REMARKS / LETTERS GIVEN BY SCHOOL
The student is duty bound to hand over to the parent any notice letter/entry in the diary/meant for the parent.
Failure to do so will be treated as an act of indiscipline and will be liable for disciplinary action even to
the extent of treating it as a major misconduct. It will be the duty of parents to fully educate their child
on this matter of importance and its compliance. The school will not be responsible if the student fails to
hand over any notice/letter/ entry in the school diary meant for thei parent.
2) CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Change of address, should be notified directly to the Principal in writing at the earliest. Unless otherwise advised
in writing, the address given "Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.in the Declaration form
at the commencement of the academic year will be treated as the address for future correspondence. Kindly treat thi
s as very necessary.
3) STUDENTS RESIDING WITH LOCAL GUARDIANS OR IN PRIVATE HOSTELS
An authorization letter by the parent must be submitted to the Principal stating clearly all relevant details and
the authority to act on their behalf.
Parents are required to personally fill in the form in this diary for identification and record of the local guardian.
