Investiture Ceremony 2025-26
Description
Patna, May 10, 2025 — St. Karen’s Secondary School hosted its Investiture Ceremony for the academic year 2025-26 with pride and solemnity today, formally inducting 52 newly appointed student leaders into the school’s Student Council. These young leaders pledged to uphold the institution’s values and lead their peers with integrity and responsibility. The event was graced by Shri Anand Mishra, distinguished Ex. IPS officer and founder of Param Foundation, as the Chief Guest. Shri Mishra, a recipient of the Police Medal for Gallantry and the Chief Minister’s Medal for Outstanding Services, inspired the gathering with his journey from civil service to committed grassroots social work. His presence served as a powerful example of leadership driven by courage, compassion, and service. At the ceremony, Ms. Yashashvi Kumari of Std. 12A was inducted as Head Girl and Master Prabhjot Singh Bhagga of Std. 12F as the Head Boy for the session 2025-26. They, along with 52 other council members, were conferred with sashes and badges — symbols of their leadership roles. The proud parents of the council members, esteemed guests, and teachers gathered to witness this significant milestone in the students' lives. The ceremony concluded with the council members taking their oath, reaffirming their commitment to the Karenite values of service, discipline, and excellence, followed by the singing of the National Anthem. The school’s Editorial Board also had the privilege to interact with Shri Mishra during the event. The Chief Guest was kind enough to spare time for an interview with the students, answering their questions with warmth and encouraging them to pursue leadership with sincerity and social responsibility. He expressed his happiness at the enthusiasm and awareness shown by the young Karenites, further inspiring them with his words.
