e-Care Pro Mobile App / Web Portal
The e-Care Pro Mobile App is a platform where the Parents, Students and Teachers can get information related to the
school such as : School Website, Time Table, Notices, Syllabus, Exam Routine, Photo Gallery etc. They can also interact
with other Teachers, Classmates & the Principal / Vice Principal through this App. The same facilities may be accessed
on the web portal as well.
Parents can also avail service features like submit Online Leave Application, view Attendance Report of their ward,
submit online fees etc. Teachers can access the attendance report academic performance etc. of their whole class.
Parents, Students and Teachers can access the library, view Time Table, syllabus, circulars, exam routine, send
messages, view Report Cards Term wise etc.

e-Care Pro provides an interactive school website for all stakeholders with instant updations by the inhouse team
and prompt information. It also provides the information of updations on Photo Galley, Video Gallery, Media Gallery,
Kids Corner, e-Magazine, Event Calendar, Flyers of all festivals, Birthdays, Achievements, Class Group Photos
etc.
3. Unlimited SMS Service
Unlimited SMS service is provided to the Parents, Students and Teachers on their registered mobile numbers regarding
all important information like student's absence from school, School timings, Holiday Updates, Class Test Reminders
, Complaints, Appreciations, Fee Reminders, Classwork/ Homework, Birthday wishes, New Updations on website etc.
Voice SMSes are also sent on important occasions.
4. Online Leave Application
Parents and Teachers can apply for leave online through their e-Care Portal & Mobile App. After approval or rejection,
notifications will be sent via SMS and App notifications.
5. e-Library
With this feature Parents, Students and Teachers can know about all the books available in the School Library and
their availability. They can also access all other books which are not in the School library through 'e-Mega
Library' which is an online Library linked to Google e-books. i
6. Online Fee Submission
Parents can submit the fees of their ward online securely through the e-Care Mobile App in just 3 simple steps.
The receipt of the same will be sent to the email id provided in the fee submission form.
