A two-day educational visit was organized for the Psychology students of classes 12 'E' and 12 'D' to the DISHA Rehabilitation cum De-addiction Centre. The purpose of the visit was to provide students with practical exposure to psychological therapies, rehabilitation processes, and the role of psychologists in treating individuals with addiction and mental health issues.
During the visit, students interacted with professionals, observed therapy sessions, and learned about the treatment methods used for patients. The experience enhanced their understanding of theoretical concepts and emphasized the importance of empathy, patience, and professional ethics in psychological practice. The students also gifted stationery items to the Foundation.
