St. Karen’s Secondary School, Patna organised Inter Volley 2022, an inter school volleyball tournament on the occasion of National Sports Day on 29 August 2022. Ten prominent schools from Patna had participated with great enthusiasm and energy. The Chief Guest, Mr. Ramashish Prasad Singh- Secretary, Bihar Volleyball Association, motivated the potent players to follow the most important rule of game and life- discipline.
The national referees of Volleyball Federation India- Mr. Dilip Kumar, Mr. Santosh Kumar, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, and Mr. Abhishek Keshav umpired the match minutely.
There were two different categories of match; for junior (Grade 9&10) and senior (Grade 11&12).
St. Karen’s Secondary School won the first prize and St. Dominic Savio’s School was the first runner up for the senior category. St. Karen’s Secondary School won the first prize and Acharyashri Sudarshan Patna Central School was the first runner up for the junior category. Shashank Kumar of St. Karen’s Secondary School was awarded as the best player in the senior category and Abhigyan Sharma of St. Karen’s Secondary School was awarded as the best player in the junior category.
